Relief of cold symptoms (runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, sore throat, cough, sputum, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, muscle pain)

This drug comes in two types of granules, yellow and light brown, and contains the following ingredients in 3 packages (2.2g per package).
Kakkonto extract (dry)…1140mg (The action of herbal medicine relieves symptoms such as fever, chills, headache, and joint pain associated with colds.)
Acetaminophen: 705mg (lowers fever, relieves sore throat, headache, and joint pain)
Chlorpheniramine maleate…7.5mg (Suppresses sneezing, runny nose, and stuffy nose.)
Dihydrocodeine phosphate…24mg (relieves cough)
Potassium guaiacol sulfonate: 150mg (makes phlegm easier to cut)
Anhydrous caffeine: 90mg (relieves headaches)
Riboflavin (vitamin B2)…7.5mg (Replenishes vitamin B2 depleted due to fever associated with cold, etc.)
Ascorbic acid (vitamin C): 300mg (Replenishes vitamin C depleted due to fever, etc. associated with colds.)
Additives: corn starch, hydroxypropyl cellulose, silicic anhydride, fragrance, white sugar

Please take the following amount with water or hot water.
Ages 15 and over: 1 package, 3 times a day (preferably within 30 minutes after meals)
12 years old or older and under 15 years old: 2/3 pack per dose, 3 times per day (preferably within 30 minutes after meals)
Children under 12 years of age: Do not take.

2. Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this drug:
Oral medicines containing other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, antitussive expectorants, and antihistamines (oral medicines for rhinitis, medicines for motion sickness, medicines for allergies)
3. Do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery after taking this medicine.
(You may feel sleepy)
4. Do not drink alcohol while taking this medicine.
5. Please do not use it for a long period of time.

Mucocutaneous oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis, acute generalized pustulosis: High fever, bloodshot eyes, eye discharge, sore lips, sore throat, extensive skin rash/redness, small bumps (pustules) appearing on reddened skin, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc. that persist or worsen rapidly.
Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), brown urine, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc. may appear.
Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, general swelling, general malaise, joint pain (pain in the joints), diarrhea, etc. may appear.
Interstitial pneumonia: When you go up the stairs or push yourself too hard, you may experience shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, dry cough, fever, etc., which may appear suddenly or persist.
Asthma: wheezing, whistling, and difficulty breathing when breathing.
Aplastic anemia: Bruises, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling sick and dizzy, blood in the urine, etc. may appear.
Agranulocytosis: Sudden onset of high fever, chills, sore throat, etc.
