New Dokusougan G is a mild constipation treatment in the form of tablets that contains sennoside, which has been recognized for its excellent effects, as its main ingredient, and also contains four types of herbal medicines that meet the standards of the Japanese Pharmacopoeia.
Each of these effects work together to improve constipation and the symptoms associated with constipation.
Dosage can be adjusted according to symptoms for everyone from children aged 5 to the elderly.
Constipation relief advice
1. Make sure to eat breakfast and go to the bathroom once a day at a set time to develop regular bowel movements.
2. Make sure to drink cold water or milk when you wake up in the morning, and eat foods high in fiber such as vegetables, fruits, konjac, agar, and seaweed, as well as foods that contain lactic acid bacteria such as yogurt, which improves intestinal function.

Usage and dosage
Take twice a day in the morning and evening on an empty stomach, before or between meals.
*Before meals refers to within 30 minutes before meals, and between meals refers to 2 to 3 hours after meals.
However, for the first time, use the minimum amount and gradually increase or decrease the amount while monitoring the condition and condition of bowel movements.
