Please take the following amount with water or hot water before breakfast and dinner or between meals.
・Adults (15 years and older): 1 packet (2.5g) per dose, 2 times per day
・Children (under 15 years old): Do not take this product.
Note: “Between meals” means the period between meals, which is approximately 2 hours after meals.
