＜Ingredients＞
This product contains 99.5% or more of citric acid (crystals).

★How to make lactic acid drink
[material]
Milk…300mL
Sugar…500g
Citric acid…2g
Lactic acid…7mL
Essence…a little bit
1. Add milk and sugar to a saucepan and heat, stirring frequently.
2. Once the sugar has melted, turn up the heat and warm it up to 70℃, then immediately remove from the heat and let it cool naturally.
3. When the temperature drops to 45℃, add citric acid and lactic acid, mix well to dissolve, add essence, and it’s done.
Please dilute to 4.6 times and enjoy.
★How to make perilla juice
[material]
Red perilla leaves…400g
Sugar…1kg
Citric acid…25g
Water…2L
1. Pour water into a pot, bring to a boil, add well-washed red perilla leaves, bring to a boil again, then turn off the heat and let cool.
2. Squeeze out the red perilla leaves, add sugar to the broth, and heat again to dissolve.
3. Once it has cooled down, add citric acid and mix well, the color will turn red and the pigment of the perilla will become more vivid.
4. After it cools down, strain it with a cloth, chill it well, dilute it, and enjoy.
