This medicine helps you fall asleep easier and/or stay asleep longer by blocking the binding of the wake-promoting neuropeptides orexins to its receptors.
It is usually used for treatment of insomnia.

Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is (( to be written by a healthcare professional)) In general, for adults, take 20 mg of the active ingredient at a time; and for elderly patients, take 15 mg of the active ingredient at a time; once a day, just before bedtime. The dose may be adjusted to 10mg of the active ingredient at a time; once a day, just before bedtime, according to the concomitant medicines. This medicine contains 20 mg of the active ingredient per a tablet. Strictly follow the instructions. Take the medicine just before bedtime. Do not take the medicine if you need to get up to do some work after sleeping for a few hours. Taking the medicine with food and just after eating should be avoided. If you miss a dose, take a dose when you have plenty of time until getting up on the next morning. You should never take two doses at one time. If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist. Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Storage conditions and other information
Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Discard the remainder. Do not store them. If you do not know how to discard the remainder, ask your pharmacist or medical institution. Do not give the medicine to anyone else.

・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
・If you are a patient with aspirin-induced asthma, or have a history of aspirin-induced asthma.
・If you have a history of hypersensitivity to tiaprofenic acid, suprofen, fenofibrate, or products containing oxybenzone or octocrylene (sunscreen, fragrance, etc.).
・If you have a history with photosensitivity reaction.
・If you are a patient with bronchial asthma.
・If you are under the age of 20 (If you have many opportunities to be exposed to sunlight such as outdoor activities, etc.).
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Precautions while taking this medicine
・Shield the application site from sunlight with colored clothes or supporters during application and for the time being after use, since this medicine may cause photosensitivity (a rash developed at the site exposed to sunlight).
