[How to use]
[Preparation before specimen collection]
・Please refrain from eating, drinking, smoking, brushing your teeth, or washing your mouth for 30 minutes before sample collection. If saliva is not collected properly, the results may not be accurate.
・Please prepare a clock or timer.
・Please perform the inspection at a temperature of 15-30 degrees and a humidity of 70% or less.
(1) Cut the round cutout line on the bottom right of the front of the kit box and stand the tube up.
(2) Twist the tip of the antigen extract container to open it, and pour all the extract into the tube placed in the kit box, being careful not to spill it.
●How to test
[Sample collection (self-collection of saliva)]
— When removing the cotton swab from the bag, be careful not to touch the cotton ball of the cotton swab.
・Remove the cotton swab from the bag.
— Press the tip of your tongue against the roof of your mouth to collect saliva in your lower jaw.
・After soaking a cotton swab in the saliva that has accumulated in the lower jaw for at least 40 seconds,
— Rotate at least 5 times to collect saliva.
(1) Pick up the tube and insert the cotton swab containing the saliva sample into the tube.
(2) Completely soak the tip of the cotton swab in the extraction liquid and rotate the swab at least 10 times (in the liquid) so that it rubs against the side of the tube.
Pinch the cotton swab from the outside of the tube with your fingers and squeeze 5 times to remove as much liquid as possible from the tube.
Note: Once the cotton swab is in the tube, do not put it in your mouth.
Note: Be careful not to foam the extract.
(3) Discard the cotton swab, tightly cover the tube with the filter cap, and mix well by swirling it 5 to 6 times or flicking the bottom of the tube with your finger.
(4) Place the tube in the hole in the box again.
[Sample dropping]
(1) Remove the test cassette from the aluminum bag and place it on a clean, dry, flat surface.
Note: Open the test cassette immediately before use. After opening the package, do not touch the dripping part or judgment part of the test cassette.
(2) Drop 3 drops of the sample from the tube into the oval dripping part of the test cassette.
(3) Wait 15 minutes.
CAUTION: Do not move or touch the test cassette.
Note: Correct judgment cannot be made after 20 minutes or more.

●If you are concerned about your physical condition, please use this kit as a self-check, and if it is positive, please visit a medical institution appropriately.
●Even if your test result is negative, please consider the possibility of a false negative (a false negative test) and seek medical attention if you have symptoms.
●Even if you have no symptoms, please continue to take basic infection control measures such as wearing a mask and disinfecting your hands when going out.

[What not to do]
●You cannot diagnose the disease yourself from the test results (please follow the «About the use of the new coronavirus antigen test» above).
[Things to consult]
●If any of the information in this manual is difficult to understand, please consult your doctor or pharmacist.
●Disposal precautions Please dispose of this kit and the cotton swabs used for sample collection as household waste according to the disposal method of each local government.
●After use, cotton swabs, etc. may be infectious, so be careful when disposing of them. Place the used kit (including cotton swabs, tubes, etc.) in a garbage bag, tie it tightly, and seal it. If garbage touches the outside of the bag or the bag is torn, put it in a double garbage bag to prevent it from scattering.
●Please note the following when using
[Notes regarding specimen collection]
・Please be sure to use a clean cotton swab (kit accessory).
— Immediately after collecting the sample, place it in the provided tube (antigen extract) and perform the test immediately.
— Correct results may not be obtained if the sampling method or site is different.
[Note regarding inspection procedures]
— If the solution or sample gets on your skin or accidentally enters your eyes or mouth when operating the kit, rinse thoroughly with water. Please seek medical attention if necessary.
— Do not mix or combine different kits.
[Note regarding judgment]
・If the specified standing time has passed, the results displayed on the test kit may change, so please be sure to make a determination within the specified time.
・If the result displayed on the test kit is not clear and it is difficult to judge, please visit a medical institution as appropriate, just as you would if the test result was positive.
・If you have been infected with Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (SARS-CoV), you may receive a positive result with this product (cross-reaction).

(1) Please keep out of reach of children.
(2) Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity, and store at 2-30 degrees.
(3) The reaction temperature of this product is in the range of 15-30 degrees, so please be careful not to let the reaction temperature go out of range when testing in a cold place or near a heating device.
(4) Please test this product at a humidity of 70% or less. Please be careful when performing inspections in humid areas.
(5) To maintain quality, please do not transfer to another container.
(6) Please open the package immediately before use.
(7) Do not use products whose expiration date has passed.
(8) Do not touch the dripping part and judgment part of the test cassette directly with your hands.
