●Preparation for inspection
[Check the contents of the kit]
Remove the contents of the kit box and make sure you have everything.
A. Main document attached

E. 1 sterile cotton swab for nasal cavity
[Preparation before specimen collection]
1. If the test cassette has been stored in a refrigerator, etc., please use the test cassette in its aluminum bag and return the extraction buffer to 15-30 degrees.
Please use the test cassette within 1 hour after opening.
Do not use if the aluminum bag is damaged.
2. Please prepare a clock or timer before conducting the inspection.
3. Cut out the round cutout line at the bottom right of the front side.
4. Gently shake the tube containing the extraction buffer to drop the extraction buffer attached to the side of the tube.
5. Hold the tube as far away from your face as possible so that the extraction buffer
Peel off the sticker and stand the tube up, being careful not to scatter it.
●How to test
[Self-collection of sample collection nasal swab fluid]
1. Insert the sterile nasal swab included in the kit approximately 2 cm along the nasal cavity.
2. Rotate the cotton swab along the inner wall of your nose about 5 times, leave it for 5 seconds, and then pull it out.
3. Make sure the cotton swab is sufficiently moist.
[Sample preparation]
1. Immediately remove the cotton swab from which the sample was collected.
Place into tube containing extraction buffer. Hold the tube and stir for 10 seconds, as if pinching the cotton ball, to extract the sample.
2. After squeezing out the liquid while squeezing the cotton ball firmly, pull the swab straight out along the tube and discard the swab.
3. Attach the drip tip securely to the tube.
[Sample dropping]
1. Immediately before use, remove the test cassette from the aluminum bag and place it horizontally with the judgment window facing up.
Note: When opening the test cassette, do not touch the sample dripping area or the judgment window.
2. Remove the cap from the drip tip of the tube.
3. Gently turn the tube upside down and gently press the side of the tube to drip 4 drops of the sample extraction buffer onto the sample dripping part S of the test cassette.
There are two sample dripping units: the left side for COVID-19 Test and the right side for FLU A+b Test. Add 4 drops to each of the 2 sample droplets. Drop the sample vertically, making sure that the tip of the tube does not touch the sample dripping part.
4. Let stand for 15 minutes and judge.
Note: Do not move or touch the screen while it is being judged.

[About the use of this test]
This kit simultaneously tests for new coronavirus antigen and influenza virus antigen.
However, each virus has its own unique characteristics, such as the time when the amount of virus reaches its maximum.
It is known that their properties are different. Therefore, this kit is designed with the following points in mind:

*No matter which test result is negative, there is a possibility of a false negative (a false negative result).
*Especially with influenza, the amount of virus is low at the beginning of the illness and viral antigens cannot be detected.
It is known that there may not be any.

[How this test works (measurement principle)]
This kit is confirmed as a line on the kit by binding the antibodies corresponding to each antigen on the test kit to the SARS coronavirus antigen and influenza virus antigen in the nasal swab.

[Note regarding disposal]
Please dispose of this kit and the cotton swabs used for sample collection as household waste according to the disposal method of each local government.
Used cotton swabs, etc. may be infectious, so be careful when disposing of them. Place the used kit (including cotton swabs, tubes, etc.) in a garbage bag and seal it tightly. If garbage touches the outside of the bag or the bag is torn, put it in a double garbage bag, etc. to prevent it from scattering.

(1) Please keep out of reach of children.
(2) Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity, and store at 2-30 degrees.
(3) The reaction temperature of this kit is in the range of 15-30 degrees, so please be careful not to let the reaction temperature go out of range when testing in a cold place or near a heating device.
(4) To maintain quality, please do not transfer to another container.
(5) Please open the package immediately before use.
(6) Do not use products whose expiration date has passed.
(7) Do not touch the dripping part and judgment part of the test cassette directly with your hands.
