The most commonly reported adverse reactions include gastrointestinal disorders, vomiting, hives, rash, edema, dizziness, headache, agitation, hyperventilation, malaise, anemia and platelet hypofunction (increased bleeding time). If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.

The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.

• facial pallor/cold sweat, dizziness, respiratory distress[shock, anaphylaxis]
• headache, vomiting, melena[bleeding from the brain/gastrointestinal tract etc.]
• skin or mucosal sores, blister, fever [muco-cutaneo-ocular syndrome, toxic epidermal necrosis, exfoliative dermatitis]
• breathlessness, wheezing breath, whistling sound[asthma attack]
• general malaise, loss of appetite, yellowing of the skin and the white of eyes[liver dysfunction, jaundice]
• epigastric pain and pressure, nausea, melena[peptic ulcer, small/large intestinal ulcer]

The above symptoms do not describe all the adverse reactions to this medicine. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any symptoms of concern other than those listed above.

• In general, for adults, take one tablet (100 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, once a day. The dosage may be increased up to 3 tablets (300 mg) at a time, according to your symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
• The active ingredient of this medicine is designed not to dissolve in the stomach but to be slowly absorbed in the intestine, in order to lighten stomach disorder. Swallow down the medicine without cracking, crunching or grinding unless otherwise instructed. Do not take on an empty stomach.
• If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. You should never take two doses at one time.
• If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
• Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

• If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines or foods.
• If you have gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, bleeding tendency/blood abnormality, asthma or history of asthma; or are planning to have a surgery or dental extraction.
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

• Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
• Discard the remainder. Do not store them. If you do not know how to discard them, ask the pharmacist or the medical institution. Do not give them to other people.
