[Ingredients]
Purified water, Na hydrogen carbonate, Na chloride, PG, fragrance, polysorbate 80, benzalkonium chloride, Na edetate

＜How to use etc.＞
1. Pour the «undiluted solution» into the bottle body
Open one package of stock solution and pour the entire amount into the bottle.
2. Dilute to the mark with tap water
Dilute to 50 mL with tap water (below 40 degrees) (both nostrils) and attach the nozzle cap with tube attached.
Make sure the tube inside the container is facing downwards (tightly close the cap until the ▽△ marks line up) Gently shake the bottle to prevent the contents from spilling and use it as a cleaning solution.
3. Pour the cleaning solution into your nose
Hold the ▽ mark on the bottle upwards and fit it into your nostril. Face down slightly as shown in the illustration, press the center of the bottle to let the cleaning solution flow into your nose, and clean both your left and right nostrils.
*The cleaning solution will also come out from the same nostrils and mouth. Please spit out the cleaning solution that has flowed into your mouth.
●Please use 1 to 3 times a day as a guide.
●Key points for good washing
If you pour the water while saying «aah», it will be difficult for the cleaning solution to flow deep into your ears, allowing you to gargle your nose without straining.

(1) Do not allow children under the age of 15 to use it.
(2) Do not use if you have dysphagia (difficulty swallowing food or drinks) [Washing liquid may enter the bronchi or lungs]

(4) Do not blow your nose forcefully after washing.
(5) Use only for cleaning the nose, do not use for eyes or ears.

●Notes on usage
(1) Do not use the undiluted solution in other nasal cleaning devices.
(2) Dilute with clean domestic tap water.
(3) Do not make it ahead of time; dilute it just before use.
(4) Do not use it facing upward. Also, do not blow your nose forcefully after cleaning (the cleaning solution may get inside your ears and cause otitis media).
(5) To prevent backflow of cleaning solution, loosen your hands after removing the nozzle from your nose.
(6) The cleaning solution will run down from your nose and mouth, so we recommend using it in a sink, etc.
(7) If you force the cleaning solution into your nose or forcefully inhale it through your nose, you may feel pain in your nose.
(8) If you use the undiluted solution without diluting it with tap water, you may feel pain in your nose. If you feel pain for a long time, please take this box and consult your doctor.

(1) Store out of reach of children.
(2) Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity, and store in a cool, dark place.
(3) Do not replace it with another container [this may cause misuse or change in quality]
(4) Do not use cleaning liquid that has passed its expiration date (written on the bottom of the box).
