«Chushoto» is a crude drug preparation used as a women’s medicine.
It improves unpleasant symptoms associated with menstruation and menopause, such as headaches, stiff shoulders, abdominal pain, back pain, coldness, hot flashes, and dizziness.

Usage and dosage
Adults (15 years and older): Use 1 bag per day, 3 times in the morning and evening before going to bed.
For the first and second doses, put 1 bag in a cup, add about 180 mL of boiling water, shake well, and take before breakfast and dinner.
For the third time, add about 270 mL of water to the remaining bag used in the morning and evening, boil it down to about 180 mL, and take it before bed.
Do not take if under 15 years of age.
