This medicine suppresses platelet aggregation attributed to platelet activation and consequently prevent thrombus formation in blood vessels.
It is usually used for suppression of recurrence of ischemic cerebrovascular disorder (excluding cardiogenic cerebral embolism), in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome in patients who are candidates for percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), stable angina pectoris and old myocardial infarction, and for suppression of thrombus formation and embolization in peripheral arterial disease.
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
sudden intense headache, nausea/vomiting, hemiparesis in face and limbs[intracranial hemorrhage] melena (black stool, bloody stool), hematemesis, vision impairment, joint pain[gastrointestinal bleeding, fundal bleeding, hemarthrosis] intense fatigue/malaise, loss of appetite, yellowing in skin and white of eyes[hepatic dysfunction, jaundice] malaise, loss of appetite, purpura, consciousness disorder[thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura] throat pain, headache/headache dull, ear ringing, fever[thrombocytopenia, agranulocytosis, pancytopenia including aplastic anemia]
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is (( to be written by a healthcare professional)) For suppression of recurrence of ischemic cerebrovascular disorder (excluding cardiogenic cerebral embolism): In general, for adults, take 1 tablet (75 mg of clopidogrel) at a time, once a day. However, take 50 mg at a time, once a day, according to the age, body weight or symptoms.
For ischemic heart disease to which candidates for percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is applied: In general, for adults, take 4 tablets (300 mg of clopidogrel) at a time, once a day, on the first day of the administration, then take 1 tablet (75 mg) at a time, once a day, as the maintenance dose.
For suppression of thrombus formation and embolization in peripheral arterial disease: In general, for adults, take 1 tablet (75 mg) of clopidogrel at a time, once a day.
This preparation contains 75 mg of clopidogrel in a tablet. In any case, strictly follow the instructions.Avoid taking this medicine on an empty stomach. If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time. If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist. Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Storage conditions and other information

・If you have a history of hypersensitivity to tiaprofenic acid, suprofen, fenofibrate, or products containing oxybenzone or octocrylene (sunscreen, fragrance, etc.).

・If you are under the age of 20 (If you have many opportunities to be exposed to sunlight such as outdoor activities, etc.).

Precautions while taking this medicine
・Shield the application site from sunlight with colored clothes or supporters during application and for the time being after use, since this medicine may cause photosensitivity (a rash developed at the site exposed to sunlight).
