Additives: Crystalline cellulose, carmellose sodium, glucose, polysorbate 80, concentrated benzalkonium chloride solution 50, phenylethyl alcohol, pH adjuster (dilute hydrochloric acid)
Usage and dosage
Usually, spray the following amount into the left and right nasal cavities.
Adults (15 years and older): 1 spray into each nasal cavity: 2 times (morning and evening)
Under 15 years old: Do not use
・You may use it up to 4 times a day (8 sprays), but please wait at least 3 hours between uses.
・If symptoms improve, reduce the number of times you use it. You may increase the number of uses if your symptoms worsen again.
・Do not use for more than 3 months in a year.
(1) This drug contains fluticasone propionate (steroid), so if you use it in excess or incorrectly, you may be more likely to experience side effects, so please strictly follow the prescribed usage and dosage.
(2) Please use only for nasal spray.
(3) If you smell it when using it, please rinse your mouth.
[How to use]
*When starting to use a new sprayer
When using for the first time, shake well and press firmly 7 times to make sure the liquid is completely misted.
This operation is not necessary from the second time onwards.
(1) Before using the medicine, blow your nose to improve nasal passages as much as possible.
(2) Remove the green cap and shake the container well in the direction of the arrow.
(3) With your head tilted downward, hold the container vertically and insert the tip of the container into your nostril, push it up until it stops firmly, and spray once. Do the same for the other nostril.
(4) After spraying the medicine into your nose, look up for a few seconds and breathe slowly through your nose to ensure that the medicine goes deep into your nose. Do not blow your nose at this time.
(5) After use, wipe the tip of the container clean, be sure to put on the green cap, and store the container upright at room temperature.
●Before use, remove the green cap and shake the container well.
●Insert the nozzle (tip of the container) straight into the nasal cavity and spray, making sure not to point it at the nasal septum*.
*Nasal septum: The septum inside the nose that separates the nasal cavity into left and right sides. This is to prevent the medicinal solution from splashing on the nasal septum as much as possible.
●Do not spray with the container facing down or sideways.
●Pressing too weakly may cause liquid to drip.
●Please be aware that if the tip of the container comes into contact with nasal secretions, the drug solution may become contaminated.
●Please do not poke the tip of the nozzle with a needle, etc. as this can be very dangerous if the chemical solution does not come out properly or if it breaks.

Usage precautions
1. Do not use the following persons:
(1) Persons who have received the following diagnosis.
・Systemic mycosis, tuberculous disease, recurrent epistaxis, infectious disease
(2) People whose nostrils become suppurative (pus accumulates due to infection of the hair roots, causing pain and swelling).
(3) Persons who have had allergic symptoms due to this drug or fluticasone propionate preparations.
(4) Persons under the age of 15.
(5) Pregnant women or people who appear to be pregnant.
(6) Persons who have used steroid nasal spray for 3 months or more in the past year.
2. Do not use this drug for more than 3 months in a year, including the period of use of other steroid nasal sprays.
(If you need to use it for more than 3 months, please consult an otorhinolaryngologist as it may be due to another disease.)
3. Do not use this drug together with other steroid nasal sprays. However, if your doctor has prescribed it to you, follow its instructions.
Consultations regarding use
1. The following people should consult their doctor or pharmacist before use.
(1) Persons receiving treatment from a doctor.
(2) Persons receiving allergy treatment such as desensitization therapy.
(3) People who have pain in the head, forehead, cheeks, etc. and have yellow or green nasal discharge (infectious sinusitis).
(4) People who are breastfeeding.
(5) People who have had allergic symptoms due to medicines, etc.
(6) People who are unsure whether their symptoms are due to seasonal allergies or other causes.
(7) Elderly people
(8) People with hypertrophic rhinitis*1 or nasal congestion (nasal polyps)*2.
*1: Feeling heavy around the nose, with a small amount of mucous or yellow or green nasal discharge.
*2: Nasal congestion, nasal voice, feeling of a foreign body deep in the nose, etc.
(9) Persons receiving long-term or large-dose systemic steroid therapy.
2. If the following symptoms appear after use, it may be a side effect, so please stop using it immediately and consult your doctor or pharmacist with this instruction sheet.

3. If you experience any unusual symptoms, such as pain in your head, forehead, or cheeks, or yellow or green nasal discharge after use, immediately stop using the product and consult your doctor or pharmacist with this instruction sheet (other diseases may be occurring concurrently).
4. If you do not see any improvement in your symptoms after using this product for about 1 week (up to 4 times a day in each nasal cavity (8 sprays in total)), please stop using it and consult your doctor or pharmacist with this instruction sheet.
Precautions for storage and handling
(1) Store capped in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Please keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or change in quality.)
(4) Please do not share it with others.
(5) Do not use products that have passed their expiration date. Also, even if it is within the expiration date, please use it as soon as possible after opening.
