●What is royal jelly?
Royal jelly contains a good balance of over 40 types of nutrients that are useful for maintaining health, including the three major nutrients of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, as well as vitamins and minerals.
Royal jelly, also known as «queen bee milk» or «royal milk,» is a precious substance secreted in minute amounts by worker bees, and is mainly given to queen bees.

Also, while worker bees have a lifespan of 1 to 2 months, queen bees live for 4 to 5 years, and during that time they continue to produce eggs that far exceed their body weight.

Usage and dosage
Adults (15 years and older): Take 1.0 to 1.5 g at a time, twice a day.
