[How to use]
●Inspection timing
Please start the test 17 days before the expected start of your next menstrual period (calculated from your own menstrual cycle).
・The day after the start of menstruation (menstruation) is the first day.
・The menstrual (menstrual) cycle is the number of days from the first day of menstruation (menstruation) to the day before the start of the next menstruation (menstruation).
-If your menstrual cycle is irregular, please use the shortest of the last 2 to 3 cycles as a guide to determine the expected start date of your next menstrual cycle.
●From the test start date, test once a day at approximately the same time every day.
(If you were unable to confirm the LH surge when tested in the past, or if you are unsure whether the test is positive or negative, testing twice a day will make it easier to detect the LH surge.)
●Inspection procedure
[1] Preparation
1. Remove the test stick from the aluminum bag and remove the cap from the tip.
*Do not open the aluminum bag until just before use.
2. Place the cap on the opposite side of the test stick and hold the cap by the grip.
[2] Sprinkle urine A or dip it in urine B
A. Point the urine collection part downward and pour urine directly onto it.
Apply urine for at least 5 seconds so that it covers the entire urine collection area.
*Please pour urine onto the urine collection area from the front.
*Please do not spray urine towards the judgment window or sides.
*We have confirmed that there is no problem even if you urinate for 40 seconds.
B. Alternatively, collect urine in a dry, clean paper cup, etc., and soak it in the urine for 10 seconds so that the entire urine collection area is covered.
*Please attach only the urine collection part.
*Please do not apply it anywhere other than the urine collection area.
[3] Stand still
Put the cap on with the urine collection part facing down, place it on a flat surface, and wait 10 minutes.
●How to judge
If the operation is successful, a reddish-purple line will appear on the reference section. Depending on the number of lines (0 to 3) on the judging section, judge the score as 0, score 1, score 2, or score 3, respectively.
*If the line does not appear on the reference section, there may be an operational error such as insufficient urine volume. Please read the test procedure and precautions again and perform the test with a new test reagent.
Please judge the judgment part of the test stick as follows.
When the test becomes positive for the first time, it means that the LH surge has been detected and is a sign that ovulation will occur soon.
[Positive] If the score has increased compared to the previous day. However, if your score was 0 the day before and 1 on the day, please consider it negative.
LH surge detected.
Ovulation is expected to occur soon.
The day you first test positive or the day after that is the most fertile time (ovulation day).
[Negative] If the score did not increase compared to the previous day, or if the previous day’s score was 0 and the current day’s score was 1.
LH surge was not detected.
Please continue testing until you get a positive result at approximately the same time the next day.
*If your score is high from the start date of the test, or if you continue to test negative, please refer to the notes regarding judgment.
[Precautions regarding usage and dosage]
[Please note the following when using. ]
(Caution regarding urine collection)
・Do not use urine that is cloudy or contaminated with foreign substances.
・Please refrain from urinating for about 4 hours before the test. Alternatively, wait approximately the same amount of time every day between your last urination before the test and the test.
・Do not drink too much water before the test.
・Avoid exercising that causes excessive sweating before the test.
(Note regarding inspection procedures)
・After collecting urine, please perform the test immediately. Leaving urine for a long time may change the test results.
・Please operate correctly according to the prescribed procedures.
(Note regarding judgment)
1. If your score is 2 or 3 from the first day of the test
You may have already ovulated. If you want to get pregnant, having sex as soon as possible increases your chances of becoming pregnant. Also, continue testing until you see a decrease in your score. (If you cannot confirm, please see 3.)
2. If negative results continue during the testing period
Please consult your doctor or pharmacist as soon as possible.
Normally, if you use this product during the ovulation period, you will get a positive result, but in rare cases you may not get a positive result due to the woman’s endocrine background, such as irregular menstrual (menstrual) cycles or short-term LH surge (within 12 hours).
3. If score 2 or 3 continues during the test period
Please seek medical attention as soon as possible.
Score 2 or 3 may continue regardless of ovulation during pregnancy, after childbirth, after miscarriage, after chorionic diseases such as hydatidiform mole or choriocarcinoma, after induced abortion, or during the administration of drugs for infertility treatment, endocrine disorders, menopause, etc.
4. If you do not get pregnant for more than 6 cycles even if you test and have sex at the appropriate time after confirming the positive result each time.
Ovulation problems are not the only cause of difficulty conceiving. Talk to your doctor, preferably with your partner. However, if you are in your late 30s or older, if you have been unable to conceive for a long time after marriage, or if you wish to become pregnant early, we recommend that you seek medical attention early.

This product is not designed for contraceptive purposes, and even if the test result is negative, it cannot reliably prevent pregnancy, so it should not be used for contraceptive purposes.
