Usage and dosage
○For cooking…
To remove bitterness from vegetables. when boiling beans. For leavening powder for cakes and bread.
○For deodorization…
1. Deodorizing refrigerators and cupboards: Wipe with a cloth soaked in a solution of heavy soap (1 tablespoon per 1 liter of water).
2. Deodorizing food waste: Sprinkle as is.
3. Deodorizing shoe cabinets and shoes: Place them in a wide-mouthed container.
4. Deodorizing and removing dirt from the drain: Just flush it away.
○ For cleaning the kitchen…
1. Tea bowl cleaning: Dip it on a sponge and scrub it.
2. Water stains in cups and thermoses: Put them in 40℃ hot water and rinse.
3. Burnt pot: Add plenty of soy sauce and water and bring to a boil.
