Usage and dosage
Take the following dose three times a day, preferably within 30 minutes after meals, with tea or hot water.
Over 15 years old: 1 package per serving
11 years old or older — under 15 years old: 2/3 pack per serving
7 years old or older — under 11 years old: 1/2 pack per serving
3 years old or older — under 7 years old: 1/3 pack per serving
From 1 year old to under 3 years old: 1/4 pack per serving
