Ken-A Enema L40 is an enema filled with 40g of a 50% aqueous solution of glycerin in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia. The container is a product for general use that has been made into a general-purpose enema container that is widely used in hospitals.
○Glycerin stimulates intestinal peristalsis by absorbing water from the intestinal wall. At that time, it is effective to send it deep into the rectum. The insertion tube is a long type, so 40g of enema liquid is firmly delivered and the evacuation effect is achieved.

○Accordion style container

★Caution★

Usage and dosage
Inject 1 capsule (40g) into the rectum at a time for ages 12 and older, and if no effect is seen, inject the same amount again.
1. Place this product directly in hot water and warm it to about body temperature (approximately 2 minutes in 50℃ hot water).
2. Using the scale on the insertion tube as a guide, slide the stopper to match the depth to which you want to insert the tube. The appropriate insertion depth is 6 to 10 cm (scale 6 to 10).
3. Holding the tip of the tube firmly, twist the cap to remove it, and moisten the insertion part at the tip with a small amount of liquid, olive oil, Vaseline, etc. from the stopper.
4. Push out the air in the container, bend over or lie on your side, and slowly insert the tube into your anus until it hits the stopper.
5. Hold the stopper in place with one hand and slowly inject the enema solution over 10 seconds. After injection, it is effective to gently remove the tube, press the anal area with absorbent cotton, etc., and defecate after 3 to 10 minutes, when the urge to defecate becomes stronger.
