«Kids Bufferin Rhinitis Syrup S» is a syrup-type oral medicine for rhinitis for children aged 3 months to under 11 years.
Two types of active ingredients (chlorpheniramine maleate, dl-methylephedrine hydrochloride) and a natural herbal medicine extract (cysine extract) relieve symptoms of acute rhinitis and allergic rhinitis such as pollen.
●Caffeine-free formula that won’t disturb your child’s precious sleep.
●Does not contain codeine (narcotic ingredient).
●It is also effective for allergic rhinitis.
●Strawberry-flavored syrup that is easy for even small children to swallow.
●Equipped with a safety cap to prevent children from swallowing accidentally.
Bufferin products are available with different active ingredients. The active ingredient of this product is not acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin).

●How to pour
Place the mouth of the bottle against the edge of the measuring cup and pour. If you pour the bottle away from the bottle, the syrup may drip around the mouth of the bottle and solidify, making it difficult to open the cap.

Contains white sugar, glycerin, caramel, sodium citrate, citric acid, sodium benzoate, parabens, propylene glycol, fragrance, and ethyl vanillin as additives.
Usage and dosage
Take the following dose three times a day after each meal and, if necessary, before bedtime.
It may be taken up to 6 times a day at intervals of approximately 4 hours.
Over 7 years old and under 11 years old: 10mL per dose
3 years old or older and under 7 years old: 6mL per dose
1 year old or older and under 3 years old: 5mL per dose
6 months or older and under 1 year old: 4mL per dose
3 months or more but less than 6 months: 3mL per dose
Less than 3 months: Do not take
