Usage and dosage
●Adults: Take 1 packet per day 4 times as follows.
●For the first and second times, add about 1 go (180 ml) of boiling water, shake it out, and warm it up before breakfast and lunch.
●For the third and fourth times, add 1 cup (270 ml) of water and boil the mixture to half, then warm it before dinner and before going to bed.
