This medicine acts on spinal cord, and suppresses neurotransmission which cause excess reflex movement of muscle. It consequently relieves paralysis or stiffness of the muscle caused by brain/spinal injuries.
It is usually used to treat spastic paralysis caused by cerebrovascular disorder, cerebral (infantile) paralysis, sequelae of injury, etc.
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
to see or hear something that is not really there[dependence (hallucination)] disoriented, unable to recognize time or place[dependence (confusion)] diminished consciousness, impaired judgment, breathlessness[disturbed consciousness, respiratory depression]
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is (( to be written by a healthcare professional)) In general, for adults, initially take 5 to 15 mg of the active ingredient a day in 1 to 3 divided doses. Then it is gradually increased to the standard dose, 3 tablets (30 mg) a day, by every 2 to 3 days. This preparation contains 10 mg of the active ingredient in a tablet. The dosage should be adjusted according to the age or symptoms.
For children, initially take 5 mg of the active ingredient a day in 1 to 2 divided doses, and then it is gradually increased to the standard dose by every 2 to 3 days. The daily standard dose is a half to one and a half tablets (5 to 15 mg) for children aged 4 to 6, a half to 2 tablets (5 to 20 mg) for aged 7 to 11, a half to two and a half tablets (5 to 25 mg) for aged 12 to 15. The dosage should be adjusted according to the symptoms or weight. Strictly follow the instructions.If you miss a dose, take a dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time. If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist. Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so. Sudden withdrawal of the medicine with long-term use may cause hallucination, delirium, confusion, excitement or convulsions.

・If you are a patient with aspirin-induced asthma, or have a history of aspirin-induced asthma.
・If you have a history of hypersensitivity to tiaprofenic acid, suprofen, fenofibrate, or products containing oxybenzone or octocrylene (sunscreen, fragrance, etc.).
・If you have a history with photosensitivity reaction.
・If you are a patient with bronchial asthma.
・If you are under the age of 20 (If you have many opportunities to be exposed to sunlight such as outdoor activities, etc.).

Precautions while taking this medicine
・Shield the application site from sunlight with colored clothes or supporters during application and for the time being after use, since this medicine may cause photosensitivity (a rash developed at the site exposed to sunlight).
