Please take the following dose once a day, when you have trouble falling asleep or have light sleep, or before going to bed.
(Age: 1 dose)
・Adults (15 years and older): 1 tablet
・Under 15 years of age: Do not take.

1. Please do not take this medicine for the following people:
(1) Pregnant women or those who appear to be pregnant
(2) Children under 15 years old
(3) People who have trouble sleeping on a daily basis
(4) Persons diagnosed with insomnia
2. Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this drug.
Other hypnotic sedatives, cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, antitussive expectorants, oral medicines containing antihistamines, etc. (oral medicines for rhinitis, motion sickness medicine, allergy medicines, etc.)
3. Do not operate a vehicle or operate machinery after taking this medicine.
(This medicine may cause drowsiness and cause an accident. Also, if you feel drowsy or sluggish until the next day after taking this drug, do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery until these symptoms disappear.)
4. Do not take this drug if you are breastfeeding, or avoid breastfeeding if you are taking this drug.
5. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
6. Please only take it when you have trouble falling asleep or have light sleep, and do not use it continuously.
