This medicine is a formulation of vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12 to supplement these vitamins in short supply and restore balance.
It is usually used to supplement vitamins when they cannot be taken properly from food, or to treat neuralgia, myalgia/arthralgia and peripheral neuritis/peripheral nerve palsy caused by vitamin deficiency or metabolic abnormality.
