Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, general swelling, general malaise, joint pain (pain in the joints), diarrhea, etc. may appear.
Interstitial pneumonia: When you climb stairs or push yourself too hard, you experience shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, dry cough, fever, etc., which may appear suddenly or persist.
