Plantago Obata seeds…4.336g
(It absorbs water in the intestines and increases its volume, creating stools of appropriate hardness. It also stimulates peristalsis of the intestines, leading to a natural bowel movement.)
Senna fruit…0.992g
(It increases the movement of weakened intestines and stimulates defecation.)
Contains white sugar, talc, gum arabic, liquid paraffin, paraffin, iron sesquioxide, and fragrance (including L-menthol) as additives.
Usage and dosage
Take the following dose on an empty stomach with a glass of water or hot water without chewing. Please wait at least 4 hours between doses. However, for the first time, use the minimum amount and gradually increase or decrease the amount while monitoring the condition and condition of bowel movements.
○Adults (15 years and older): 4-8g per dose, limited to 2 doses per day
○If you are under 15 years old…Do not take this product.
