This product contains 6 tablets per day
Japanese Pharmacopoeia Senna powder: 600mg
Japanese Pharmacopoeia Rhubarb powder: 600mg

[Dosage/Dosage]
For adults (15 years and older), take the following dose once a day before bedtime or on an empty stomach.
・When there is no bowel movement for 2-3 days: 2-4 tablets/dose
