Usage and dosage
For adults (15 years and older), take the following dose once a day before bedtime or on an empty stomach.
When you do not have a bowel movement for 2-3 days… 2-4 tablets per dose
When there is no bowel movement for 4 days or more… 5 to 6 tablets per dose
