This medicine lowers internal pressure of the urethra by blocking α1A -receptors in the urethra and prostate gland, and consequently improves dysuria associated with prostatic hyperplasia.
It is usually used in the treatment of dysuria associated with prostatic hyperplasia.
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
decreased blood pressure, fainting, loss of consciousness[faint, loss of consciousness] general malaise, loss of appetite, yellowing in skin and white of eyes[hepatic dysfunction, jaundice]
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is (( to be written by a healthcare professional)) In general, for adults, take 1 tablet (4 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, twice daily, after breakfast and supper. The dosage may be decreased according to the symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions. If you miss a dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time. If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist. Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
・If you are a patient with aspirin-induced asthma, or have a history of aspirin-induced asthma.
・If you have a history of hypersensitivity to tiaprofenic acid, suprofen, fenofibrate, or products containing oxybenzone or octocrylene (sunscreen, fragrance, etc.).
・If you have a history with photosensitivity reaction.
・If you are a patient with bronchial asthma.
・If you are under the age of 20 (If you have many opportunities to be exposed to sunlight such as outdoor activities, etc.).
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Precautions while taking this medicine
・Shield the application site from sunlight with colored clothes or supporters during application and for the time being after use, since this medicine may cause photosensitivity (a rash developed at the site exposed to sunlight).
