This medicine controls the cardiac conduction abnormalities and improves the symptoms of arrhythmia with the blocking action on Na channel.
It is usually used to treat tachycardiac arrhythmia.
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
dizziness, palpitations, chest pain, chest discomfort, shortness of breath, fainting, cough, breathing difficulty, edema of the whole body[ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia (including Torsade de pointes), sinus arrest, complete atrioventricular block, syncope, cardiac failure] decreased urine output, edema, general malaise[acute renal disorder] yellowing of the skin/white of eyes, general malaise, loss of appetite[liver dysfunction]
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is (( to be written by a healthcare professional)) In general, for adults, take 1 capsule (50mg of the active ingredient) at a time, 3 times a day. The dose may be adjusted according to your age and symptoms. If symptoms are severe or the dose is insufficient, the dose may be increased up to 225mg a day. Strictly follow the instructions. If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time. If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist. Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
The following patients may need to be careful when using
this medicine.
Be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist.
If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines or foods.
If you have: congestive heart failure, atrioventricular block, sinoatrial block, bundle branch block, myocardial infarction, valvular disease, cardiomyopathy, sinus bradycardia, renal dysfunction, liver dysfunction, or decrease in serum potassium.
If you use a pacemaker.
If you have a history of cardiac failure.If you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Storage conditions and other information
Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Discard the remainder. Do not store them. If you do not know how to discard the remainder, ask your pharmacist or medical institution. Do not give the medicine to anyone else.

Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
・If you are a patient with aspirin-induced asthma, or have a history of aspirin-induced asthma.
・If you have a history of hypersensitivity to tiaprofenic acid, suprofen, fenofibrate, or products containing oxybenzone or octocrylene (sunscreen, fragrance, etc.).
・If you have a history with photosensitivity reaction.
・If you are a patient with bronchial asthma.
・If you are under the age of 20 (If you have many opportunities to be exposed to sunlight such as outdoor activities, etc.).
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Precautions while taking this medicine
・Shield the application site from sunlight with colored clothes or supporters during application and for the time being after use, since this medicine may cause photosensitivity (a rash developed at the site exposed to sunlight).
