What is «stomatitis (aphthous)»?
It is a general term for inflammation in which one to several small, shallow ulcers (less than 10 mm in diameter) appear on the inside of the cheeks, tongue, back of the lips, etc., with reddish surroundings and whitish circular pain with a shallow depression in the center. It is said that imbalanced nutritional intake, fatigue, lack of sleep, and stress play a role, but the cause is not clear.

Canker sores (aphthous)
«Canker sores (aphthous)», which this drug targets, is a general term for inflammation in which one or several small, shallow ulcers (less than 10 mm in diameter) with reddish surroundings and whitish circular pain (less than 10 mm in diameter) with a shallow depression in the center occur on the inside of the cheeks, tongue, and back of the lips.
Ingredients/Amount
This agent is a white to light brown ointment, and 100g contains the following ingredients.
Triamcinolone acetonide…0.1g
(Acts directly on the affected area to calm inflammation and improve stomatitis.)
Additives: Glycerin, gelled hydrocarbon, sodium polyacrylate, hypromellose, hydrogenated oil, carmellose Na, l-menthol, saccharin Na
Usage and dosage
Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area once to several times a day.
1. Wash your hands and rinse your mouth thoroughly before using this product.
2. Apply this drug to cover the affected area.
3. After applying, try not to touch the affected area as much as possible.

Please do not use it for the following people.

(Candida infection is suspected)
・Persons who have yellow pus in the affected area (bacterial infection is suspected)
・Persons who have numerous rice grain-sized to adzuki bean-sized vesicles in the oral cavity, or who have blisters or rashes on the lips and skin other than the oral mucosa (a viral infection is suspected)
・Persons with systemic symptoms such as fever, loss of appetite, general malaise, and swollen lymph nodes
(Viral infection is suspected)
(2) People with oral infection
(There have been reports that the use of steroids has worsened infections, so please do not use them on areas with oral infections such as alveolar pyorrhea or gingivitis.)
(3) People who do not see improvement in symptoms even after using it for 5 days
(4) People whose symptoms worsen after using it for 1 to 2 days
