This product contains 6 tablets per day

Contains crystalline cellulose, lactose hydrate, partially pregelatinized starch, hydrated silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate as additives.

Take the following dosage depending on your age.
Over 15 years old: 2 tablets per dose
Take the above amount three times a day.
The interval between doses should be at least 4 hours.
