It is a brown to blackish-brown liquid that contains the following ingredients in 60mL (adult daily dose).
Ephedra extract: 510mg (equivalent to 3g as a crude drug)
Licorice extract: 250mg (equivalent to 1g as a crude drug)
Keihi style extract: 1mL (equivalent to 1g as a crude drug)
Ginkgo liquid extract: 1 mL (equivalent to 1 g as a crude drug)
Saisin style extract: 1 mL (equivalent to 1 g as a crude drug)
Gomish extract: 1 mL (equivalent to 1 g as a crude drug)
Hange extract: 80mg (equivalent to 2g as a crude drug)
Noscapine hydrochloride hydrate: 38mg
Potassium guaiacol sulfonate: 240mg
Chlorpheniramine maleate: 8.2mg
Anhydrous caffeine: 72mg
Contains sodium benzoate, parabens, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycine, white sugar, sodium bicarbonate, and fragrance as additives.

Take the following dose 4 times a day, after each meal and before bedtime.
Adults (15 years and older): 10mL per dose
11 years old or older and under 15 years old: 7 mL per dose
8 years old or older and under 11 years old: 5 mL per dose
5 years old or older and under 8 years old: 3 mL per dose
1 year old or older and under 5 years old: 2 mL per dose
3 months or older and under 1 year old: 1 mL per dose
Less than 3 months: Do not take
If unavoidable, the above dosage can be taken every 4 hours up to 6 times a day.
When using, shake well before taking.
