Spray the following amount into your nasal cavity. Please note that the application interval should be at least 3 hours.
\n \u25cbAdults (15 years and older) and children 7 years and older: 1 to 2 doses per dose, 1 to 5 times per day
\n \u25cbChildren under 7 years old: Do not use<\/p>\n


\n 1. Remove the cap and hold the container with the nozzle facing up. (When using it for the first time, press it several times until the liquid is sprayed properly.)
