Take with water or hot water before or between meals.
\n Adults (15 years and older): 1 package per dose, 3 times a day

\n 4 to 6 years old: 1\/2 pack per dose, 3 times a day
\n 2 to 3 years old: 1\/3 pack per dose, 3 times a day
