Take the following single dose by chewing or dissolving it in your mouth preferably within 30 minutes after a meal.

\n \u25cb7 to 10 years old: 3 tablets per time, 3 times per day
\n \u25cb5 to 6 years old: 2 tablets per time, 3 times per day
