\n Spray the following dose into each nasal cavity. Please wait at least 10 to 12 hours between applications. Do not use for more than 1 week consecutively. If you stop using it, please wait at least 2 weeks. Discontinue use if symptoms improve.
\n Adults (15 years and older): 1 to 3 doses per nasal cavity, 1 to 2 times per day
\n Children under 15 years old: Do not use.
\n
\n 1. Gently blow your nose before using. (Please don’t bite too hard.)
\n 2. Remove the cover and hold the container as shown. (When you first start using it, press it several times until the liquid is sprayed.)
\n 3. Gently insert the tip of the nozzle into your nasal cavity and spray the medicinal solution.
\n Repeat the same operation for the other nostril.
\n 4. To keep the container clean, wipe the area that comes into contact with your nose and cover it after use.
