1. Remove the contact lens from your eye, place it in your palm, apply a few drops of overnight care, and wash both sides of the lens by gently rubbing your fingers 20 to 30 times on each side.
\n 2. Rinse both sides of the scrubbed lens thoroughly with two overnight care treatments.
\n 3. Completely soak the lenses in a lens case filled with 2 overnight care supplies, and then securely close the case cap.
