To prevent motion sickness, take the following dose by chewing or dissolving in your mouth 30 minutes before boarding.
\n \u25cbAdults (15 years and older): 2 tablets per dose, up to twice a day with an interval of 4 hours or more.
\n \u25cbOver 11 years old and under 15 years old: 2 tablets per dose, up to twice a day with an interval of 4 hours or more.
\n \u25cb 5 years old or older and under 11 years old: 1 tablet at a time, up to twice a day with an interval of 4 hours or more.
\n \u25cbChildren under 5 years of age: Do not take
\n If you wish to take additional doses, please take them at least 4 hours apart. Please limit the number of doses per day to two.
