\n For ages 3 to 14, take 1 bottle (20mL) at a time.
\n To prevent motion sickness, take one bottle at a time 30 minutes before boarding the boat. If you wish to take additional doses as needed, please take each dose at least 4 hours apart. The number of doses per day is limited to two times. Do not give this product to infants under 3 years of age.
