To prevent motion sickness, take the following dose with water or hot water 30 minutes before boarding the boat.
\n \u25cbAdults (15 years and older): 1 tablet per dose, up to twice a day with an interval of 4 hours or more.
\n \u25cbOver 11 years old and under 15 years old: 1 tablet per dose, up to twice a day with an interval of 4 hours or more.
