[How to use]
\n [Preparation before specimen collection]
\n \u30fbPlease refrain from eating, drinking, smoking, brushing your teeth, or washing your mouth for 30 minutes before sample collection. If saliva is not collected properly, the results may not be accurate.
\n \u30fbPlease prepare a clock or timer.
\n \u30fbPlease perform the inspection at a temperature of 15-30 degrees and a humidity of 70% or less.
\n (1) Cut the round cutout line on the bottom right of the front of the kit box and stand the tube up.
\n (2) Twist the tip of the antigen extract container to open it, and pour all the extract into the tube placed in the kit box, being careful not to spill it.
\n \u25cfHow to test
\n [Sample collection (self-collection of saliva)]
\n — When removing the cotton swab from the bag, be careful not to touch the cotton ball of the cotton swab.
\n \u30fbRemove the cotton swab from the bag.
\n — Press the tip of your tongue against the roof of your mouth to collect saliva in your lower jaw.
\n \u30fbAfter soaking a cotton swab in the saliva that has accumulated in the lower jaw for at least 40 seconds,
\n — Rotate at least 5 times to collect saliva.
\n (1) Pick up the tube and insert the cotton swab containing the saliva sample into the tube.
\n (2) Completely soak the tip of the cotton swab in the extraction liquid and rotate the swab at least 10 times (in the liquid) so that it rubs against the side of the tube.
\n Pinch the cotton swab from the outside of the tube with your fingers and squeeze 5 times to remove as much liquid as possible from the tube.
\n Note: Once the cotton swab is in the tube, do not put it in your mouth.
\n Note: Be careful not to foam the extract.
\n (3) Discard the cotton swab, tightly cover the tube with the filter cap, and mix well by swirling it 5 to 6 times or flicking the bottom of the tube with your finger.
\n (4) Place the tube in the hole in the box again.
\n [Sample dropping]
\n (1) Remove the test cassette from the aluminum bag and place it on a clean, dry, flat surface.
\n Note: Open the test cassette immediately before use. After opening the package, do not touch the dripping part or judgment part of the test cassette.
\n (2) Drop 3 drops of the sample from the tube into the oval dripping part of the test cassette.
\n (3) Wait 15 minutes.
\n CAUTION: Do not move or touch the test cassette.

\n \u25cfAfter use, cotton swabs, etc. may be infectious, so be careful when disposing of them. Place the used kit (including cotton swabs, tubes, etc.) in a garbage bag, tie it tightly, and seal it. If garbage touches the outside of the bag or the bag is torn, put it in a double garbage bag to prevent it from scattering.
