\n To prevent motion sickness, take the following dose by chewing or dissolving in your mouth 30 minutes before boarding.

\n 11 years old or older and under 15 years old: 2 tablets per dose, up to twice a day with an interval of 4 hours or more.
\n 5 years old or older and under 11 years old: 1 tablet per dose, up to twice a day with an interval of 4 hours or more.
