\n [Preparation before specimen collection]
\n 1. If the test cassette has been stored in a refrigerator, etc., please use the test cassette in its aluminum bag and return the extraction buffer to 15-30 degrees.
\n Please use the test cassette within 1 hour after opening.
\n Do not use if the aluminum bag is damaged.
\n 2. Please prepare a clock or timer before conducting the inspection.
\n 3. Cut out the round cutout line at the bottom right of the front side.
\n 4. Gently shake the tube containing the extraction buffer to drop the extraction buffer attached to the side of the tube.
\n 5. Hold the tube as far away from your face as possible so that the extraction buffer

\n 1. Insert the sterile nasal swab included in the kit approximately 2 cm along the nasal cavity.
\n 2. Rotate the cotton swab along the inner wall of your nose about 5 times, leave it for 5 seconds, and then pull it out.
\n 3. Make sure the cotton swab is sufficiently moist.
\n [Sample preparation]
\n 1. Immediately remove the cotton swab from which the sample was collected.
\n Place into tube containing extraction buffer. Hold the tube and stir for 10 seconds, as if pinching the cotton ball, to extract the sample.
\n 2. After squeezing out the liquid while squeezing the cotton ball firmly, pull the swab straight out along the tube and discard the swab.
\n 3. Attach the drip tip securely to the tube.

\n 1. Immediately before use, remove the test cassette from the aluminum bag and place it horizontally with the judgment window facing up.
\n Note: When opening the test cassette, do not touch the sample dripping area or the judgment window.
\n 2. Remove the cap from the drip tip of the tube.
\n 3. Gently turn the tube upside down and gently press the side of the tube to drip 4 drops of the sample extraction buffer onto the sample dripping part S of the test cassette.
\n There are two sample dripping units: the left side for COVID-19 Test and the right side for FLU A+b Test. Add 4 drops to each of the 2 sample droplets. Drop the sample vertically, making sure that the tip of the tube does not touch the sample dripping part.
\n 4. Let stand for 15 minutes and judge.
