\u25cfWhen you feel like smoking, chew one cigarette slowly for 30 to 60 minutes.
\n \u25cfUse the number below as a guideline for the number of items used per day. \n 1. Cut one piece from the sheet.
\n 2. Peel off the film from the back, unadhered corner.
