\n Milk: 300ml
\n Sugar: 500g
\n Citric acid: 2g
\n Lactic acid: 7ml
\n Essence (lemon, vanilla): a little

\n (1) Put milk and sugar in a pot and heat while stirring well.
\n (2) Once the sugar has melted, turn up the heat and warm it up to 70 degrees, then immediately remove from the heat and let it cool naturally.
\n (3) When the temperature drops to 45 degrees, add citric acid and lactic acid, mix well to dissolve, add essence, and it’s done.
\n (4) Dilute to about 6 times and enjoy.
