\n 1. Pour the «undiluted solution» into the bottle body
\n Open one package of stock solution and pour the entire amount into the bottle.
\n 2. Dilute to the mark with tap water
\n Dilute to 50 mL with tap water (below 40 degrees) (both nostrils) and attach the nozzle cap with tube attached.
\n Make sure the tube inside the container is facing downwards (tightly close the cap until the \u25bd\u25b3 marks line up) Gently shake the bottle to prevent the contents from spilling and use it as a cleaning solution.
\n 3. Pour the cleaning solution into your nose
