This medicine has antagonistic action on histamine H1 receptors. It relieves nasal symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose and stuffed nose caused by seasonal (including Japanese cedar pollen allergy) and perennial allergic rhinitis due to mites and house dust, symptoms of hives, and itching of skin associated with eczema/dermatitis (including insect bites) and pruritus.
It is usually used to treat symptoms of allergic rhinitis and hives, and itching of skin associated with skin disease (eczema, dermatitis and pruritus).
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
facial pallor, dyspnea, hives[shock, anaphylaxis]
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is (( to be written by a healthcare professional)) In general, for adults, take 1 tablet (20 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, once a day on an empty stomach (approximately 1 hour before meal or at least 2 hours after meal). Strictly follow the instructions. If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time. If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist. Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

・If you are a patient with aspirin-induced asthma, or have a history of aspirin-induced asthma.
・If you have a history of hypersensitivity to tiaprofenic acid, suprofen, fenofibrate, or products containing oxybenzone or octocrylene (sunscreen, fragrance, etc.).
・If you have a history with photosensitivity reaction.
・If you are a patient with bronchial asthma.
・If you are under the age of 20 (If you have many opportunities to be exposed to sunlight such as outdoor activities, etc.).
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Precautions while taking this medicine
・Shield the application site from sunlight with colored clothes or supporters during application and for the time being after use, since this medicine may cause photosensitivity (a rash developed at the site exposed to sunlight).
