This product contains 99.5% or more of citric acid (anhydrous) (C6H8O7).
Citric acid (anhydrous) is equivalent to approximately 109% of citric acid (crystalline).
Usage and dosage
○Usage example○
■Lactic acid drink■
30ml milk, 500g sugar, 2g citric acid, 7ml lactic acid, a little essence (lemon, vanilla)
(1) Put milk and sugar in a pot and heat while stirring well.
(2) Once the sugar has completely melted, turn up the heat and warm it up to 70℃, then immediately remove from the heat and let it cool naturally.
(3) When the temperature drops to 45℃, add citric acid and lactic acid, mix well to dissolve, add essence, and it’s done. Please dilute it to about 6 times and enjoy.
Skim milk…50g, lactic acid…7ml, citric acid…2g, sugar…500g, water…270ml, essence…a little (lemon, vanilla)
(1) Dissolve lactic acid and citric acid in 10ml of water.
(2) Add water to the skim milk and sugar and boil at 70℃ for 20 minutes, stirring often to prevent it from burning.
(3) Cool this to below 45℃, slowly add 1) while stirring, stir well, add the essence, and it’s done.
■Fruit jelly (for 4 people)■
Fruit jelly juice (100%) 170g, water 220ml, pectin 6g, powdered sugar 40g, citric acid 2g, granulated sugar 30g, coloring matter, appropriate amount of fragrance.
(1) Put fruit juice, citric acid, and water in a pot and heat.
(2) Mix pectin and powdered sugar (granulated sugar also works) in a dry container.
(3) Add (2) while stirring (1) vigorously.
(4) Boil for 1-2 minutes and add granulated sugar.
(5) Add pigments and fragrances.
(6)Put in a suitable container and chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours to solidify.
■Strawberry raw syrup■
500g of strawberries, 1kg of sugar, 18g of citric acid, juice of 1 lemon
(1) Wash the strawberries, put them in a colander, drain them, then sprinkle them with sugar and place them in a wide-mouthed jar.
(2) Add citric acid and lemon juice diluted with an appropriate amount of water, mix, and cover with a cloth or gauze.
(3) Stir occasionally to mix in the sugar.
(4) After about 2 weeks, the strawberries will shrivel and float to the top, creating a bright red syrup.
(5) Strain this through a triangular bag, put it in a bottle, cover it with gauze, and store it in a cool place.
(6) Please dilute it to about 6 times and enjoy.
[Strawberry candy] Add a little sugar to the strawberries floating in the syrup, knead them over heat, then take them in your hands, dip them in flour (potato starch), roll them into balls, and wrap them in wafers.

Precautions while taking this medicine
・Shield the application site from sunlight with colored clothes or supporters during application and for the time being after use, since this medicine may cause photosensitivity (a rash developed at the site exposed to sunlight).
