Colistin is derived from Bacillus polymyxa var. It is a white crystalline powder extracted and purified from the culture solution of Colistinus. Its antibacterial action selectively acts against Gram-negative bacteria and exerts bactericidal action. It is also effective against Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
Bacitracin is produced from the bacterial species Bacillus subtilis var. It is a white to light brown powder extracted from Tracy’s culture solution, and has an antibacterial spectrum similar to that of penicillin, and is effective against most Gram-positive bacteria and some Gram-negative bacteria.
Containing both of these antibiotics with bactericidal action, this is a skin disease treatment that is effective in preventing and treating infections caused by Gram-positive and -negative bacteria, as well as general external diseases.

Usage and dosage
