Medicine for corns, calluses, and warts
Gel corn remover is a pharmaceutical product that utilizes the keratin softening effect of salicylic acid. Since it is a gel type, it does not drip easily and can be easily applied to the affected area. After applying it to the affected area, it dries to form a white film that softens thick, hard skin and removes corns, calluses, and warts.
Before use
When using Gel Corn Remover, please open the product as follows.
1. Grasp the yellow spacer ring between your fingers and turn it to the left to separate the tube body and spacer ring.
2. Turn the spacer ring counterclockwise to remove it, leave the overcap and nozzle cap together, and with the tube body upright, screw the nozzle cap into the tube while being careful not to press the tube body. (You can discard the spacer ring.)
3. After confirming that the tube body and nozzle cap are firmly attached, remove the overcap before use. If you press the tube body when installing the cap, the contents may spill out.
Example of how to properly use gel corn remover ~For corns~
(1) Apply an appropriate amount of gel corn remover to the affected area. [Figure] It is more effective if you wipe the affected area thoroughly after bathing. (It is okay to take a bath or work with water after applying.)
(2) After a while, the drug solution dries and forms a white film, which allows the drug to penetrate into the affected area. When applying next time, please peel off this white film before applying.
*The white and softened skin is removed along with the capsule. If it hurts when removing the coating, do not try to remove it forcefully; apply the product over the coating.
(3) After applying for 2 to 5 days, remove the coating and whitened keratin to the extent that it is painless. The skin will regenerate, so keep it clean.
(4) If the affected area cannot be completely removed, repeat the application of the drug solution. In particular, corns will recur if you do not remove the corns (keratinous pillars) [Figure], so please repeat the steps (1) to (3).
(5) If necessary, protect the affected area by applying a protective pad. For corns that form between your fingers, use a protective pad as necessary to prevent the drug from adhering to uncorrelated skin. Also, use protective pads to relieve pain in the affected area.
*The enclosed protective pad can be purchased separately under the name Corn Protection Pad [For between fingers].
