This medicine decreases fat in the blood (cholesterol and triglyceride). It prevents blood from clotting and suppresses blood clot sticking to the vessel walls. It also maintains elasticity of the blood vessels.
It is usually used to improve ulcer, pain and chilliness associated with arteriosclerosis obliterans and treat hyperlipidemia.
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
general malaise, loss of appetite, yellowing of the skin and the white of eyes[liver dysfunction, jaundice] palpitation, chest discomfort, dizziness[atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter]
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is (( to be written by a healthcare professional)) For improvement of ulcer, pain and chilliness associated with arteriosclerosis obliterans: In general, for adults, take 600 mg of the active ingredient at a time, 3 times a day, immediately after meals. The dosage may be adjusted according to the age or symptoms. This sachet contains 900 mg of the active ingredient.
For hyperlipidemia: In general, for adults, take 1 sachet (900 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, twice a day or take 600 mg of the active ingredient at a time, 3 times a day, immediately after meals. The dosage may be increased up to 1 sachet (900 mg) at a time, 3 times a day, as necessary, if the triglyceride level is abnormal.
Strictly follow the instructions in any case.Taking the medicine on an empty stomach causes poor absorption. Make sure to take this medicine immediately after meals. Do not place this medicine on your palm, take it directly from the sachet. Swallow without chewing since the oily active ingredient will pour out from the soft capsule. Gently cut open the top part of the sachet (make sure you do not spill the medicine, take all capsules from the sachet). Do not dissolve this medicine with hot drinks including hot water. If you miss a dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should not take two doses at one time. If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist. Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines or foods.
If you are bleeding (hemophilia, capillary fragility, peptic ulcer, urinary tract bleeding, hemoptysis or vitreous hemorrhage).
If you are menstruating.
If you are scheduled for a surgery.If you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Storage conditions and other information
Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat (incl. in a car) and moisture. Discard the remainder. Do not store them. If you do not know how to dispose of it, please consult the pharmacy or medical institution where you received it. Please do not give it to others.

・If you are a patient with aspirin-induced asthma, or have a history of aspirin-induced asthma.
・If you have a history of hypersensitivity to tiaprofenic acid, suprofen, fenofibrate, or products containing oxybenzone or octocrylene (sunscreen, fragrance, etc.).
・If you have a history with photosensitivity reaction.
・If you are a patient with bronchial asthma.
・If you are under the age of 20 (If you have many opportunities to be exposed to sunlight such as outdoor activities, etc.).
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Precautions while taking this medicine
・Shield the application site from sunlight with colored clothes or supporters during application and for the time being after use, since this medicine may cause photosensitivity (a rash developed at the site exposed to sunlight).
